4. Booking and Payment

  • Workshop bookings must be made in advance via our website. All payments must be made at the time of booking.

  • Booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least at least 48 hours before the workshop for a refund (minus 7%)
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline or for no-shows.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

6. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without written permission.

  • Baking School Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during workshops or while using our products.
